近日,，全球首例百米高層盒式結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)上樓項(xiàng)目——同有科技項(xiàng)目，在長(zhǎng)沙順利通過(guò)竣工驗(yàn)收,。所謂“工業(yè)上樓”,，就是讓企業(yè)在高層樓房中進(jìn)行工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。

Recently, the first project worldwide featuring an "industrial upstairs" concept in a 100-meter-high cassette structure, namely the Tongyou Technology project, was successfully completed and passed inspection in Changsha. The "industrial upstairs" is a kind of production model that implies enterprises can conduct industrial production in high-rise buildings.

據(jù)悉,，同有科技項(xiàng)目由中建五局三公司承建。建筑內(nèi)部跨度達(dá)25.2米,，通過(guò)類似“疊盒子”的方式完成了22層的百米高度,，成功打破了盒式結(jié)構(gòu)在施項(xiàng)目最高5層的紀(jì)錄，在全球范圍內(nèi)首次將盒式結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用于高層工業(yè)樓宇,，它將完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈融進(jìn)一棟樓里,，讓“上下樓”變成“上下游”。

The project was constructed by the 3rd Construction Co., Ltd of China Construction 5th Engineering Bureau. The internal span of the building reaches 25.2 meters. By stacking cassettes to achieve a height of 22 floors, approximately 100 meters, this innovative structure has successfully set a new record for the maximum construction height of cassette-structured buildings, surpassing the previous limit of five floors. Furthermore, it marks the world's first application of cassette structure technology in a high-rise industrial building. The facility integrates the whole industrial chain into one building, allowing for seamless transitions between different processes simply by moving upstairs.
