On November 18, a press conference for the First National Youth Games for Football, Basketball and Volleyball of the People's Republic of China was held at the Helong Sports Center, Changsha. The preparatory work for the games, the overall arrangements for the opening ceremony, and the thematic content of the official promotion video were introduced at the meeting. The event is jointly organized by the General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education, and undertaken by the Hunan Provincial People's Government. It will be held from November 20 to 28 in Changsha City and Yueyang City.

The opening ceremony of the sports games will be held at 8 p.m. on November 20th at the Helong Sports Stadium in Hunan. It will feature young athletes participating in the three major ball sports as the main characters, with the theme of football, basketball, and volleyball, becoming a unique sports carnival for the young people. It is reported that over 1,300 performers will participate in the opening ceremony, with students and young performers as the main participants.
