The dedicated railway of the Changsha Port officially began operations on April 18, enabling a shift in freight transportation from truck to train.

One month on, this railway completed a cargo volume of over 100,000 metric tons.

On the back of a multimodal transportation mode integrating ship, rail, and highway, the Changsha New Port will improve the efficiency of cargo turnover and railway vehicle usage.
