一個(gè)多月前，在瀏陽(yáng)市小河鄉(xiāng),，瀏陽(yáng)蒸菜研究院揭牌成立。這個(gè)全省首家以“瀏陽(yáng)蒸菜”為主題的研究院，集聚生產(chǎn)營(yíng)業(yè),、教學(xué)交流、創(chuàng)新研發(fā),、社會(huì)培訓(xùn)和參與承接各級(jí)烹飪大賽五大基本功能,，同時(shí)還兼具深度對(duì)接服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等拓展功能,。

More than a month ago,the Liuyang Steamed Dishes Research Institute was inaugurated in Xiaohe Township, Liuyang City. This is the first research institute in Hunan Province dedicated to "Liuyang Steamed Dishes". It integrates five basic functions: production and operation, teaching exchange, innovative research and development, social training and organizing and participating in various cooking competitions.Additionally, it also serves to deeply integrate with service industries and promote industrial development.
