The 2023-2024 Global Top 100 SMILE Cities and China New Smart Cities (SMILE Index) Rankings were unveiled at the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) on September 13. Changsha County ranked 7th nationwide and first in the central and western regions of China in an evaluation of China's top 100 counties in terms of China New Smart Cities (SMILE Index). Its national ranking moved up one place compared to last year.

9月13日，《2023-2024年度全球微笑城市百強暨中國新型智慧城市（SMILE 指數(shù)）百強成果》在2024年中國國際服務貿易交易會上發(fā)布,，長沙縣在《中國新型智慧城市評估（SMILE指數(shù)）百強縣》中排名全國第七，中西部第一,，相比去年再進一位,。

As an important outcome of the 2024 CIFTIS, the rankings were themed on "Global Services, Reciprocal Sharing". Guided by the Expert Committee on Global New Smart Cities (SMILE Index), the rankings were released globally by the Tahaoo International Think Tank, the Joint Working Group for Global Top 100 SMILE Cities Evaluation and Rating, the Digital Economy Working Committee of the China Association of Foreign Funded Enterprises, and other authoritative institutions, based on an evaluation and rating index system of Global New Smart Cities (SMILE Index).

作為2024年服貿會的重要成果發(fā)布之一，《2023-2024年度全球微笑城市百強中國新型智慧城市（SMILE指數(shù)）百強成果》以“全球服務,，互惠共享”為主題,，在全球新型智慧城市(SMILE指數(shù)）專家委員會指導下，由太昊國際智庫,、全球微笑城市百強評估評級聯(lián)合工作組,、中國外商投資企業(yè)協(xié)會數(shù)字經濟工作委員會等權威機構依托全球新型智慧城市(SMILE指數(shù)）評估評級指標體系面向全球發(fā)布。
