China and the Dominican Republic established a diplomatic relationship in 2018, with Hunan Province undertaking the pairing assistance project. In 2021, Hunan donated a Zoomlion cane harvester to its Dominican counterpart. In August the same year, the Dominican purchasers procured Zoomlion's agricultural machinery worth more than 5 million CNY. In 2022, Zoomlion stood out from European, American, and Japanese agricultural machinery producers, winning the procurement order of high-horsepower tractors, paddy harvesters, and cane harvesters worth 16.68 million CNY.

2018年，中國(guó)與多米尼加共和國(guó)建立了外交關(guān)系,，湖南省承擔(dān)了結(jié)對(duì)援助項(xiàng)目,。2021年，湖南向多米尼加捐贈(zèng)了一臺(tái)中聯(lián)重科甘蔗收割機(jī),。同年8月,，多米尼加經(jīng)銷商采購(gòu)了中聯(lián)重科價(jià)值超過(guò)500萬(wàn)元的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械。2022年,，中聯(lián)重科與歐,、美、日的農(nóng)機(jī)品牌同臺(tái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),，憑借產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,、性價(jià)比高、售后服務(wù)到位的優(yōu)勢(shì),，中標(biāo)多米尼加農(nóng)業(yè)部農(nóng)機(jī)采購(gòu)價(jià)值1668萬(wàn)元的大馬力拖拉機(jī),、水稻收割機(jī)、甘蔗收獲機(jī),。

Li Dianxun, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, led a delegation to the Dominican Republic on June 17 this year, promoting project matchmaking in such fields as economic and trade cooperation, culture, and agricultural machinery. He met with the Minister of Presidency, Minister of Agriculture, and Minister of Policies for Regional Integration of the Dominican Republic, and attended the acceptance check ceremony of the Hunan-Dominican rice planting cooperation project.

今年6月17日，省委副書(shū)記李殿勛率團(tuán)赴多方訪問(wèn),，精準(zhǔn)對(duì)接經(jīng)貿(mào),、人文、農(nóng)機(jī)領(lǐng)域合作項(xiàng)目,，與多方總統(tǒng)府部長(zhǎng),、農(nóng)業(yè)部長(zhǎng)、地區(qū)一體化政策部長(zhǎng)分別會(huì)談,，并出席湖南與多方水稻種植合作項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收儀式,。

Limber Cruz, Dominican minister of agriculture, planned to visit China, and Hunan in particular, in the near future. He expressed gratitude to Hunan for its assistance in agricultural technologies and equipment, and looked forward to further in-depth cooperation with Hunan. "At first, there were many people who asked me why I choose China-made agricultural machine. There hasn't been a single farmer who has voiced any negative feedback regarding the agricultural machinery from Zoomlion. We will continue to introduce more China-made agricultural machinery in the future," he said sincerely.
